We always ask the owner if they want their Guardian bell clean and polished!!
STEP # 1
Pre-inspection, Review all of the areas to be cleaned, making written notes of any
areas (locations) or unique items (components) needing special attention.
STEP # 2
Remove seats, bags, windshield & chain or belt guard.
STEP # 3
We clean the bike with water-less wash & wipe-Down with micro-fiber towels, working in sections. I prefer to work, “Top-to Bottom” and “Front-to-Back”. I Work on the handle-bars, mirrors & hand controls, triple-trees, headlight, front signals, forks and front wheel first, then move to the left side of the frame and engine, drive-train, Exhaust system and foot controls. Working my way along the side, then around the back wheel of the motorcycle and then along the right side. I finish by cleaning the entire under-side. I generally clean the painted areas, including ALL areas and elements of the frame, TWICE!! We only use Bayes water-less wash. All areas of the frame and under carriage, Motor & Trans are cleaned and sealed.
STEP # 4
Since we only use a direct lift ramp I jack up the rear wheel so it can rotate. I then clean the belt or chain, left side of the rim and brush off all dirt from the tire for the tire dressing. Then I do the same to the right side and clean the break housing. I polish the rim and apply the sealant. I then apply the tire dressing and wipe down. I then repeat the same process to the front wheel. We only use Blingmaster, Cleaner, Polish, Sealant & Tire Dressing.
STEP # 5
Polish all metal surfaces on the bike, and then apply a sealant on the same surfaces.
STEP # 6
Painted areas, we only use a 3-step process with Mothers Product.
1 apply pre-wax cleaner, 2 sealer & glaze, 3 apply carnauba wax (TWICE).
STEP # 7
Clean and seal windshield, treat leather or plastic bags, clean, polish, seal, chain or
belt guard. Step back and admire the incredible machine that is your pride and joy!!
